ARE THERE ANY CLEANING FEES OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES?

Yes, there is a cleaning fee for additional requests beyond the initial check-in. The first cleaning is complimentary, but subsequent cleanings will incur an extra charge.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy depends on your booking method. For reservations made through Airbnb or Booking.com, we adhere to their respective protocols. For direct bookings, we require at least 15 days' notice for cancellations.
